Divas for Diversity
GLENDA is proud to introduce musical temptress, fashionista, and overall DIVA, Miss Veronica Bleaus!
From the fabulous Veronica (Mr. John Musser) herself:
I have been performing in the Pittsburgh drag scene for five years as my alter-ego, Veronica Bleaus. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2008 with my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and English Literature.
Giving back to the community is one of my main priorities in drag, as I have hosted and performed in several benefit shows and fundraisers for local HIV/AIDS and GLBT related organizations.
More recently I have been organizing a series of performances in public spaces called Drive By Drag (with my drag-sister Dani Lamorte), which explores the intersection of Queer and Public space.
I think GLENDA is a wonderful organization and I am thrilled to be given the chance to support it.
GLENDA would like to thank Miss Bleaus for bringing her time, talent and exquisite flair to Divas for Diversity!
